Yes. We ship worldwide by courier, with tracking provided once your order is dispatched.

Pricing

Why do your gold prices change? expand_more

Gold is a traded commodity, so its price moves daily. Our gold pieces are priced from the current rate per gram, plus making charges and the value of any stones. The price you see when you order is the price you pay.

What does "Price on Request" mean? expand_more

Some pieces depend so heavily on the stones and the workmanship that quoting a single figure would be misleading. Message us and we will price the piece properly.

Can I see how a price is worked out? expand_more

Yes. On any gold-priced piece, open "How this price is calculated" to see the metal value, wastage, making charge and stone value separately.

What gold purities do you work in? expand_more

We work in 18k, 21k and 22k gold, and in 925 sterling silver.

Are your diamonds certified? expand_more

Our diamonds are selected at a minimum colour grade of G/H and clarity of VS/SI. Certification is available on request for larger stones.

Do you sell lab-grown diamonds? expand_more

Yes, alongside natural diamonds and moissanite. We will always tell you plainly which is which.

How do I know my ring size? expand_more

Visit us and we will size you in a moment, or message us on WhatsApp and we will talk you through measuring at home.

Can I collect from the showroom? expand_more

Yes. Choose "Collect from our Fahaheel showroom" at checkout and we will have your piece ready.

How can I pay? expand_more
