Shipping Policy

How Your Order Is Prepared

Because most pieces are priced and made to order, production takes place at our facilities in Kuwait, India or Dubai, whichever suits your piece — and your order ships as soon as it leaves the workshop.

Delivery Within Kuwait

Ready-made pieces are dispatched by courier within 2–5 working days of payment being confirmed. Made-to-order and custom pieces carry the lead time we agree with you when you confirm your quotation.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide by tracked courier, with particular experience serving customers across the GCC, the United States and Europe. International delivery typically takes 7–14 working days once dispatched, depending on destination and customs processing, which is outside our control. Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Collection Options

• Store pickup — choose "Collect from our Fahaheel showroom" at checkout and we will hold your order and notify you once it is ready.
• Authorized representative pickup — a family member, friend or representative may collect your order on your behalf, after we verify their identity.
• Factory dispatch — depending on where your piece is made, some orders ship directly from our facilities in Kuwait, India or Dubai rather than from the showroom.

Identity Verification Before Shipping

For high-value or international orders, we may ask for a government-issued ID, a signed invoice or order confirmation, or a confirmation by email or WhatsApp, before we release your order for shipping.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, the airway bill number is added to your order and visible from My Account → Orders.

Insurance & Signature

• All jewellery is shipped fully insured against loss or damage in transit.
• A signature is required on delivery for orders above a value we set internally.
